At Surf N Sand Motel, we understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to provide a clear and straightforward cancellation policy so you can book your Clearwater Beach, Florida getaway with confidence.

Free Cancellation

Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in are eligible for a 100% refund of payments received.

Cancellations 7–13 Days Before Check-In

Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in may qualify for:

A partial refund, or
Full credit toward a future stay, valid for 12 months

The available option may depend on the individual reservation and circumstances.

Cancellations Within 7 Days

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are generally non-refundable, as the dates have been reserved specifically for the guest.

However, if we are able to rebook the canceled dates, we may provide a refund of the recovered amount, less any applicable fees.

Travel Disruptions & Emergencies

If circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions affect your ability to travel, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review each situation and, where appropriate, work with guests on options such as rescheduling, stay credits, or other reasonable arrangements.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation.

Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
