Welcome to Unit 11 at Surf N Sand Motel, where our goal is to preserve the charm and character of old Florida while offering guests a unique and memorable stay. Our accommodations are inspired by the vintage motels of the 1950s and 1960s, giving you the opportunity to experience a classic Florida getaway with an authentic retro atmosphere.

Each unit has its own unique character, and we work to preserve the original charm of the property whenever possible through thoughtful repairs and maintenance rather than unnecessary replacements. You will be staying in the exact unit shown in the listing photos.

The Space

Unit 11 is perfect for guests looking for a comfortable, modest, and relaxing place to stay near the beautiful Clearwater beaches. Our goal is to provide a unique vintage motel experience rather than a luxury resort experience.

If you are looking for a high-end luxury vacation with extensive resort amenities, a luxury hotel may be a better fit. However, if you appreciate a relaxed atmosphere, classic Florida character, and a one-of-a-kind vintage vibe, Surf N Sand Motel is the perfect place for you.

Our property is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and local shops. Grocery stores and other essential services are also just a short drive away.

Cleanliness Is Our Priority

We take cleanliness seriously. Our dedicated cleaning team carefully prepares each unit, and we work hard to ensure that every guest arrives to a clean and welcoming space.

House Rules

To help ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask all guests to follow our simple rules:

  • No smoking inside the unit
  • No pets
  • Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM
  • No parties or events
  • Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation

Florida's Tropical Environment

Our property is located in Florida's beautiful tropical environment. Lizards, mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, ants, and other wildlife can occasionally be present in the area.

We use professional pest control services and take preventative measures to maintain our property. However, nature is part of the Florida experience. We recommend keeping food properly sealed and stored to help prevent attracting insects.

Guest Access & Communication

Surf N Sand Motel offers a relaxed and independent stay. Please follow the check-in instructions provided with your reservation.

We are available to assist guests when needed and prefer communication through our reservation messaging system. In the event of an emergency, appropriate contact information will be available to confirmed guests.
